My spouse and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary with a week-long stay at Bilblos Resort Alacati booked through booking.com, and it was truly a remarkable experience. Staff Hospitality and Attention to Detail: We were taken care of by Anastasia and Anzhelika, with Anastasia going above and beyond to provide us with a hotel tour and exceptional service throughout our stay. They were incredibly attentive to our needs, even offering to call a nurse when I got a minor injury at the beach and personally delivering the necessary supplies to our room. Despite our complex transportation request during check-out, they remained kind and supportive until the very end, making our journey truly memorable. Hotel Facilities: The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, with amenities that exceeded our expectations. The Nespresso coffee was a delightful touch. The multiple outdoor and indoor pools, including the heated water pool, allowed us to enjoy swimming to the fullest. The well-maintained spa facilities, various sauna options, fully-equipped gym, and the game room with a PlayStation were all top-notch and added to our satisfaction. Dining Experience: With three restaurants and a shop selling ice cream and waffles, the dining options were diverse and delicious, creating a fantastic ambiance. Khalia Restaurant, where we had breakfast daily, offered a variety of exquisite dishes, beverages, and cheeses. Our experience at Miso, the seafood restaurant with a live band performance, was exceptional. Nori, the Asian food restaurant, impressed us with its special roll dishes that even food enthusiasts would appreciate. This is a spectacular hotel, the gardens are a work of art and the whole place is immaculately clean. Service is amazing and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are looked after. Our room was a twin bed comfort room and the beds were very comfortable and a good size. We ate one night at the Miso Seafood restaurant which I would recommend. The hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride into Alacati (not really possible to walk) which is beautiful and has lots of nice restaurants and shops. We never had a problem getting a taxi and the trip was about 6 euros each way. The gym was well-equipped and spacious. We had an excellent massage in the spa too. The photos do not do Biblos justice.

We wanted to see a few different room alternatives that caught our attention during check-in. They were all beautiful and had different features. There is a big world in nature here. The room given to us was right on the ground floor. It was very easy for us to leave the room and go to the beach or restaurant. My wife really liked the brands of products used in the room. It is a very good feature that the sea is a bay and is used only by the hotel. As someone who does heavy sports, I found the equipment and brands in the fitness center very successful.

Definitely the best hotel of my life. I’ve been to many places, including this category, but Biblos surprised me. Every detail here shows you that you will definitely want to come back again. Even unusual requests are executed instantly here. I have never heard that a guest is assigned a personal assistant who is in touch with you 24 hours and solves everything down to the smallest detail, special thanks to Anastasia, everything was at the highest level. Beautiful, unusual designer interior and exterior, huge bonsai, here Bali, Maldives and jungle on one territory. And you can write legends about breakfast, it’s something unimaginable. Thank you very much for these unforgettable experiences, you are not only the best in your region or country, but one of the best in the world.
