My spouse and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary with a week-long stay at Bilblos Resort Alacati booked through booking.com, and it was truly a remarkable experience. Staff Hospitality and Attention to Detail: We were taken care of by Anastasia and Anzhelika, with Anastasia going above and beyond to provide us with a hotel tour and exceptional service throughout our stay. They were incredibly attentive to our needs, even offering to call a nurse when I got a minor injury at the beach and personally delivering the necessary supplies to our room. Despite our complex transportation request during check-out, they remained kind and supportive until the very end, making our journey truly memorable. Hotel Facilities: The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, with amenities that exceeded our expectations. The Nespresso coffee was a delightful touch. The multiple outdoor and indoor pools, including the heated water pool, allowed us to enjoy swimming to the fullest. The well-maintained spa facilities, various sauna options, fully-equipped gym, and the game room with a PlayStation were all top-notch and added to our satisfaction. Dining Experience: With three restaurants and a shop selling ice cream and waffles, the dining options were diverse and delicious, creating a fantastic ambiance. Khalia Restaurant, where we had breakfast daily, offered a variety of exquisite dishes, beverages, and cheeses. Our experience at Miso, the seafood restaurant with a live band performance, was exceptional. Nori, the Asian food restaurant, impressed us with its special roll dishes that even food enthusiasts would appreciate. Review of Biblos Hotel I recently stayed at the Biblos Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, private, and impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff are wonderful and kind, always greeting us warmly. SWI, the Indonesian worker, would run to ensure we had towels whenever needed. Anastasia was incredibly accommodating, always fulfilling our requests promptly and perfectly. Initially, we were not happy with our room as it was too small for four luggages, leaving no space to walk around. However, we were upgraded to a more spacious room, which greatly improved our stay. On the last day, we missed the hotel's phenomenal breakfast but were compensated with our desired breakfast items delivered to our room. Mehmet, the receptionist, was excellent. He checked us out quickly, welcomed us with a pleasant demeanor, and even gifted us a beautiful bottle of olive oil. The food at the hotel was also great. The only downside was the pricing. Everything, from the water at the pool to the food and drinks, was extremely expensive. If the prices were more reasonable, I would not hesitate to rate Biblos Hotel as a six-star establishment instead of five. Biblos is the perfect luxury lifestyle resort for couples or families. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated with all the necessary essentials and more. The staff are very professional and friendly and look after your requirements and your comfort. Guests have dedicated personnel that look after you during your stay. The restaurants on the resort are all very good. Buffet breakfast is lovely with something for all probably the best buffet I have seen. Our kids loved going to the Kids Club every day. The staff are warm and friendly, a safe and beautiful space to play and meet new friends. Biblos Spa is a world class facility. Definitely worth the experience.
