My spouse and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary with a week-long stay at Bilblos Resort Alacati booked through booking.com, and it was truly a remarkable experience. Staff Hospitality and Attention to Detail: We were taken care of by Anastasia and Anzhelika, with Anastasia going above and beyond to provide us with a hotel tour and exceptional service throughout our stay. They were incredibly attentive to our needs, even offering to call a nurse when I got a minor injury at the beach and personally delivering the necessary supplies to our room. Despite our complex transportation request during check-out, they remained kind and supportive until the very end, making our journey truly memorable. Hotel Facilities: The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, with amenities that exceeded our expectations. The Nespresso coffee was a delightful touch. The multiple outdoor and indoor pools, including the heated water pool, allowed us to enjoy swimming to the fullest. The well-maintained spa facilities, various sauna options, fully-equipped gym, and the game room with a PlayStation were all top-notch and added to our satisfaction. Dining Experience: With three restaurants and a shop selling ice cream and waffles, the dining options were diverse and delicious, creating a fantastic ambiance. Khalia Restaurant, where we had breakfast daily, offered a variety of exquisite dishes, beverages, and cheeses. Our experience at Miso, the seafood restaurant with a live band performance, was exceptional. Nori, the Asian food restaurant, impressed us with its special roll dishes that even food enthusiasts would appreciate. Biblos is the perfect luxury lifestyle resort for couples or families. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated with all the necessary essentials and more. The staff are very professional and friendly and look after your requirements and your comfort. Guests have dedicated personnel that look after you during your stay. The restaurants on the resort are all very good. Buffet breakfast is lovely with something for all probably the best buffet I have seen. Our kids loved going to the Kids Club every day. The staff are warm and friendly, a safe and beautiful space to play and meet new friends. Biblos Spa is a world class facility. Definitely worth the experience.

We liked the music entertainment at their Miso Seafood restaurant. The staff throughout the entire resort were helpful and super friendly! Special thanks to Ozgur , who greeted us every morning with smile at the breakfast buffet, which was absolutely spectacular with fresh greens and everything else you could imagine! It was the best breakfast we have ever experienced at a resort. Also, thank you to the staff at the reception desk who quickly fixed an issue with our room and there was consistent follow up to ensure we were enjoying our stay.

This is a spectacular hotel, the gardens are a work of art and the whole place is immaculately clean. Service is amazing and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are looked after. Our room was a twin bed comfort room and the beds were very comfortable and a good size. We ate one night at the Miso Seafood restaurant which I would recommend. The hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride into Alacati (not really possible to walk) which is beautiful and has lots of nice restaurants and shops. We never had a problem getting a taxi and the trip was about 6 euros each way. The gym was well-equipped and spacious. We had an excellent massage in the spa too. The photos do not do Biblos justice.

The room given to us was right on the ground floor. It was very easy for us to leave the room and go to the beach or restaurant. My wife really liked the brands of products used in the room. It is a very good feature that the sea is a bay and is used only by the hotel. As someone who does heavy sports, I found the equipment and brands in the fitness center very successful.
